Teller Full-Time Bonham

A Bank teller is the first impression of the bank. The teller creates a positive experience for account holders by contributing solutions and promoting the bank’s services. The bank teller is crucial in convincing account holders to use the bank for all their financial needs through excellent service. As a teller, you will be responsible for the following:

• Process transaction requests for account holders, including deposit, withdrawal, loan payments, issuing cashier checks, logging night deposits, and mail-in transactions.
• Ensure each transaction is balanced before assisting the next account holder.
• Attention to detail and ensuring your cash drawer is in balance each day.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information confidential.
• Fulfill your obligation under the Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering Act for compliance with the law and required reporting.
• Answer and resolve account holder inquiries about products and services offered by Fannin Bank.
• Participate in and complete yearly training.
